The building asks for every guest to be registered. Send your name, email, phone number and a photo of your ID — it comes straight to me.
Please complete this before you arrive. Registration has to be in place ahead of your stay, so the earlier you send it, the better.
Getting here
From the airport
About 20–25 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
By rideshare
Set the drop-off to 3030 Collins Ave. Unit 1E is on the ground floor, with no lobby to navigate.

The beach
The ocean is a 3-minute walk east across Collins.
Checking in
Your building and door codes are in the Airbnb app under Arrival guide, and I'll share them again with your check-in instructions before you travel. Can't find them? Just message me.

Enter the building code on the keypad at the front entrance.

Enter the unit code on the keypad at the door of 1E.

Press LOCK each time you leave. The door doesn't latch on its own, so it won't close behind you.

Who to contact
There is no front desk. Your codes are your way in, and I'm your contact for everything else.
Street parking only
There's no garage and no valet here, so plan on the street. Rates change by block and time of day, and Miami Beach enforces the posted signs strictly — read them before you walk away from the car.
Amenities
The building
A small boutique building with no pool, no gym and no on-site amenities — the beach is the amenity.
Laundry
Shared machines on the 2nd floor, open during building hours. A laundry card is in the apartment for you, and a replacement comes straight from the machine.
During your stay
Mid-stay cleaning · $120. Staying a while? Message me with a day that suits and I'll book it in for you.
House rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No parties or events of any kind
- No smoking or vaping in the apartment or in any common area
- Please keep to the maximum occupancy on your booking
- Your access codes are yours alone — please don't share them with anyone
- There's no staff on site, so for anything at all, message me directly — I'd rather hear about it early
Checking out
- Leave both A/C units on COOL at 75°F — please don't switch them off.
- Leave the bathroom dehumidifier running.
- Close and lock the windows.
- Double-check the closet, the bathroom shelf and anything plugged in by the bed.
- Lock the door behind you.
